Emma has been working in our team since 2019 and brings 17 years of clinical experience. Her background in cancer care includes delivering an integrative medicine lecture series to cancer care nurses and medical staff, which eventually led her to pursue further studies and doctoral research in cancer care at the NICM Health Research Institute.

In 2020, Emma was awarded the National Institute of Complementary Medicine (NICM) Health Research Institute (HRI) & Blackmores Institute, PhD Scholarship in Integrative Medicine, for her research using electro-acupuncture for nerve regeneration to improve functional outcomes and quality of life for prostate cancer patients after radical prostatectomy. Emma is passionate about patient care; “I’m inspired by our patients and grateful to work in such an amazing multidisciplinary team,” she says.
