Dr Johnny Wong is an Australian neurosurgeon with interests in cranial and skull base tumours, cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery (also known as neuro-interventional surgery). He completed post-fellowship training at Toronto Western Hospital (University of Toronto, ON, Canada) and Stanford University Medical Center (Stanford University, CA, USA). He assesses and treats patients with cranial and spinal tumours (glioma, glioblastoma, meningioma, metastases, pituitary adenoma and acoustic neuroma). He applies endoscopic and minimally-invasive approaches to neurosurgical operations. In addition, he performs endovascular embolisation for head and neck, and spinal tumours. He also performs vertebroplasty for pathological spinal fractures.
