Sharmila brings a wealth of expertise in innovation, technology, and strategic leadership to the Board of Directors. Currently serving as the Chief Innovation, Marketing, and Technology Officer at Stockland Group since April 2020, Ms Tsourdalakis has been instrumental in driving transformative initiatives that enhance customer experiences through digital and data innovation, brand strategies and enable effective business operations.

Over the course of her 25-year career, Ms Tsourdalakis has specialised in modernising business systems and processes across various industries. Notably, she has held leadership roles at Chubb Australia (previously a United Technologies Corporation subsidiary), Leighton Contractors, and GPT Group, where she served as Chief Information Officer, overseeing technology functions critical to business success. Prior to her current role at Stockland, Ms Tsourdalakis led technology transformation as Executive General Manager, Banking & Wealth Technology at Suncorp.
