Suzanne has been an acupuncturist for almost 20 years and has been on our team since the doors opened in 2013. She is a senior research fellow and lecturer at Western Sydney University, with research published in peer-reviewed journals in Chinese medicine and cancer.

Whilst studying in China, Suzanne witnessed first-hand how powerful acupuncture can be as part of a treatment regimen, and how acupuncture works to treat the “whole” person. Acupuncture looks at not only symptoms and side effects of cancer treatment but everything else that is going on – mind and body, helping patients to feel as well as possible. Suzanne recommends patients start acupuncture as soon as possible, even when there are no current symptoms. Acupuncture treatment effects are cumulative and patients can benefit most from consistent treatment. Suzanne has found her work incredibly rewarding working closely with patients who are going through a challenging time and assisting in their recovery.
